We a natural based cleaning product that is safe for people, pets, and the planet.
Q: How long will it take for my carpet to dry? A:
Typically 5-8 hours for the dry time.
Q: What do I need to do to prepare for your arrival? A:
Put aside items that might fall over if bumped or delicate valuables. I will move most furniture and vacuum carpet.
Q: Do you guarantee your work? A:
You can be assured that I will stand behind all my work 100%.
Q: What method of cleaning do you use? A:
We use truck mounted steam cleaning. We clean at temperatures up 240 degrees that sanitizes the carpet. This is the method that is recommended by most carpet manufacturers.
Q: How often should I clean my carpet? A:
You should clean your carpets at once a year, more often with children and pets living in the home.
Q: Can you get rid of pet odors? A:
Yes I can get rid of urine and other pet related odors.
Q: Are you a certified carpet cleaner? A:
Yes I am certified by IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) for carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, odor control, and dye correction.
Q: What is the difference between a spot and a stain? A:
A spot is material that is in the carpet and is usually removed with the typical carpet cleaning. A stain is color or dye that is left when material is removed. I can remove most stains for an additional charge.
Q: Should I have protector added to my carpet? A:
Yes, I put it on my carpet. You lose 20% of the carpets original protection per year. Carpet protector has another benefit beside stain protection. The invisible coating over the fiber makes for easier dry soil removal. So regular vacuuming removes more dirt.
